How To Order
  1. Choose the items you want. (If you have any questions call or e-mail us anytime.)
  2. Choose your method of payment. You can use your Master Card - Visa or Discover. You also can pre-pay by check or money order.
  3. Call or e-mail us day or night. Tell us what you want, we figure the shipping charges. (We only charge what it costs to ship your order, there are no extra charges.) If we are closed you can leave your order on our voice mail or e-mail it. Don't forget to give us the shipping address and your phone number.
  4. That's all there is to it!

Special requests? No problem.
Need it in a hurry? We ship anything by air anywhere in the world.


SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Silk Tree will do what's reasonable to see that you are satisfied. Call with questions at any time. If the item purchased does not meet your application needs it may be returned for credit or exchanged. Actual colors may vary from the photographs. Because we have no control over their installation or use, Arena Mirrors are not returnable.

RETURNS: As long as standard catalog items are in good and re-usable condition, you can return them for credit or exchange merchandise. Custom sized Chewer, Arena Mirrors, and other custom made or modified items are not returnable. Returns should be made prepaid and we will issue credit less any shipping charges. All returns must be returned to us with the return shipping charges prepaid and insured with the original packing slip.

WARRANTY: All parts and products sold are warranted by Silk Tree Manufacturing (Silk Tree) against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for 90 days from the date of purchase. Custom and modified items are not returnable. Any part or product which is returned and determined by Silk Tree to be defective in material or workmanship will be, as the purchaser's exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced, or at Silk Tree's option the purchase price may be refunded.

CHOICE OF LAW: The terms of sale for purchases shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.

NOTE: Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Make sure that the items you purchased are correct for you. Check for any damage on receipt and notify both the carrier and Silk Tree immediately, ownership passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier but Silk Tree will assist in filing any claims. Delays can result in nullifying the Satisfaction Guarantee.
